Privacy Policy

Wordling is designed to work without an account or cloud profile.

Data we collect

Wordling does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data. It does not use advertising, analytics, third-party crash reporting, or tracking technologies.

Data stored on your device

Vocabulary content is bundled with the app. Your favorites, learning progress, settings, and purchase entitlement are stored locally on your device. The app’s widget uses an Apple App Group only to share this local data between Wordling and its Home Screen widget. This data is not sent to us or to a third-party service.

Purchases

Wordling offers a one-time lifetime purchase. Apple processes purchases and purchase restoration through StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment-card information. Apple’s handling of purchase information is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.

Children’s privacy

Because Wordling does not collect personal data, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
